3. Is my PC or Mac compatible? What do I need to Watch On-line?
Windows PC - your PC should already have the Windows MediaPlayer. To download a player click here.
Mac - If you want to watch on-line on a Mac, you can get a WindowsMedia Player for Mac OS from Microsoft. Quicktime downloads the entire video file before playing it, withoutsaving it. It's better to download the Video and play it with Quicktime whenever you like.

4. Is my Handheld Mobile Device compatible?
In general, your Device must play Video and have enough Memory to store your Videos. Typically, Videos are larger size files. You must also have a way to copy files from your Computer to your Handheld Device. Your Computer needs a program to copy the Videos and Clips to your Handheld Device. Here's a list of copy programs by Device to assist you. The program normally comes with your Handheld Device . Besides the copy Program, you will also need either a USB cable, Wireless Connection like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Infrared, or a Memory Card that plugs into both a Memory slot on your computer and on your Handheld Device. Cellphones require Video Messaging (MMS). Cell clips are approximately 10 to 15 seconds because of size considerations.

1. How do I Download, Copy, and Play Videos and Clips?
Many Videos and Clips in the Member Section can be watched On-line by clicking on the Video you want to play.
If you wish to download and play those Videos and Clips which are available for downloaded here’s how.

Download -

Outlook Express and Internet Explorer - Place your mouse pointer over the download link in the email. Right click and select ‘Save Target As’. Select the location on your hard drive where you wish to download the video file. Remember where you downloaded the video file to on your hard drive so that you may access it again later.

Copy -

PC or Mac, no need to copy, click the file to play.

Attach the Video to your email like normal. No subject and no message are ok. Click ok to send without subject and message.

Your picture/video messages will appear in your phone’s Inbox. Select the Video and play. You can also store your Video message in an album or folder. Check with your Wireless Carrier, if you don’t know how to do save your Videos to your Cellphone.

Another method. Many Cellphone carriers have special websites for subscribers to email Cellphone Videos and to manage and store them. For example Verizon has Pix Place.

Downloading directly to your device may be possible if your Mobile Web Browser supports Downloads and you have enough Memory available on your Handheld Device. Normal Wireless Charges Apply.
Copying using a compatible USB cable requires a compatible Software Program that allows transferring files from a PC to the Cellphone.

Play -

Start by locating the file you downloaded that you want to play.
PC or Mac – Double Click on the Video File and your Windows Media or Quicktime player will load and play your Video.
Cellphone – Your picture/video messages appear in your phone’s Inbox. Select the Video and play. You can also store your Video message in an album or folder. Check with your Wireless Carrier, if you don’t know how to do save your Videos on your Cellphone.
